- Waterproof Ex-British Police fluorescent parka with epaulettes and drawstring hood.
- Police badges have been removed and stitching is visible (doesn't affect water-proofing).
- Reflective battenburg strip around hem.
- Inner lining.
- Tough front plastic zipper with popper flap.
- Four external pockets, one internal pocket and two zipped chest pockets (inside main zipper flap).
- Zipped waist-side slots to allow seated use.
